Sydney and Matt's wedding at Monte Verde Inn was a dream come true! This Foresthill wedding venue is absolutely gorgeous. The lighting is perfect and incredible to shoot in. There are so many amazing and natural spots for portraits all around the venue. With the lush greenery that surrounds the property, it allows you to get that perfect woodsy garden look and pop of color into your photos. The way the light was shining off of the greenery created the perfect soft green backdrop! Not only that, but Monte Verde Inn also has a gorgeous sunroom! It allows such beautiful lighting to flow through the windows and is the perfect spot for exchanging private vows, which is exactly what Matt and Sydney did. I even used the beautiful brick flooring in the sunroom to capture Sydney's wedding detail flatlays, and had so much fun playing with the shadows and sun as it was coming through the windows! The staff here are also amazing and so accommodating. The planner whose name was also Sydney, was a fantastic coordinator to work with alongside the couple and the other vendors as well. The venue made it so hands off for Sydney and Matt that in a way that they were very involved in their wedding, but made sure everything was handled so they could enjoy their day fully and truly take in the day!

Sydney + Matt's Wedding at Monte Verde Inn - Foresthill Wedding Venue

When Matt and Sydney had their first look in the sunroom, there were happy tears, laughs, giggles, vows were said and happiness was exploding! Their outdoor ceremony was so beautiful, and their love truly shined while everyone got to witness them saying their "I Do's". I absolutely loved how carefree everyone was and how much fun they all had celebrating Matt and Sydney! Even more, I loved capturing the organic moments that Sydney and Matt shared together with their family and friends and all of the emotions during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, Sydney and Matt signed their documents, and then enjoyed cocktail hour with their guests! I loved getting the candid moments of them hugging their family members and friends. They were so excited and had some really beautiful moments with Matt's grandpa, friends and family! As the night progressed, I became a fly on the wall and just captured their day as it unfolded. I laughed and even cried with them. Matt's grandpa gave the most emotional and heartwarming speech about love during the reception, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! The cake cutting and dancing were also so much fun! Monte Verde all around is the perfect venue for a garden, woodsy, and romantic modern styled wedding if that's the style you're going for!
