Katie and Dale got married at the whimsical Yokayo Ranch in Ukiah, CA. This venue has the best garden vibes and is surrounded by natural beauty. It was the perfect wedding venue for their earthy-themed celebration, and it was a dream to capture their wedding in a documentary style + on 35mm film! Earthy Wildflowers for a Fall Wedding in Ukiah, CA

Katie had a vision for her wedding day, with wildflowers being one of the focal points throughout the ceremony and reception. Her vision came to life at Yokayo Ranch with wildflowers and fresh fruit featured throughout her wedding decor. The combination of wildflowers and the garden venue gave the wedding the best organic, whimsical and magical vibe. You could see the care and thought put into each floral arrangement in every shot I took.

One of my favorite parts of the day was Katie and Dale's love for each other. From the moment Katie started her walk down the aisle to the look on Dale's face when he saw her, it was so special to capture. Katie let herself feel every emotion, allowing herself to laugh and smile or let her tears fall. Dale's reaction was just as sweet, and capturing these real moments are the ones that my couples always love the most when they look back at their wedding photos.

After the most romantic ceremony, everyone was excited to start the party. From the cutest vintage cake cutting to the lively dance floor, the wedding guests had such a good time. I was obsessed with Katie and Dale's cake! It was so cute with little bow details! The vintage flair and the earthy details fit together to make this wedding so perfect for Katie and Dale.
