A San Francisco Engagement Session Full of Love
There’s just something magical about a San Francisco engagement session. The energy of the city, the iconic backdrops, and when you add in a couple totally in love? Pure gold! This one was all of the above: laid-back, a little editorial, full of movement, and wrapped in the dreamiest coastal light.
We started the afternoon at Equator Coffees—their favorite neighborhood coffee shop. It’s right near their apartment and a regular part of their weekend routine, so it felt natural (and cute as heck) to begin there with tea and coffee in hand. The vibes were casual and cozy, setting the tone for the rest of the day.
After grabbing our drinks, we strolled around Fort Mason, soaking in the springtime blooms—yes, the yellow mustard flowers were popping off! This spot also holds so many sweet memories for them, from farmers market mornings to casual walks by the water. Capturing those little in-between moments here felt extra special.
Next stop? The Palace of Fine Arts—where things got a little more elevated and editorial. That architecture, those archways, the way the light hits just right... it gave us such epic, romantic vibes and the kind of film photos that make you do a double take.
We wrapped the day at Golden Gate Beach near Crissy Field, running barefoot in the sand, with the Golden Gate Bridge peeking through the coastal haze. It was cold, the wind was wild, and none of us cared. That’s the kind of carefree, joy-filled energy I love documenting.
This San Francisco engagement session was a perfect blend of real, candid moments and artful, film-inspired imagery.
