Lena and Kelvin got married at the beautiful Nestldown in Los Gatos. It was the perfect wedding venue to bring their modern and romantic wedding vision to life!

Nestldown is a wedding venue surrounded by nature, with redwood trees as the backdrop for their wedding. They started the day in front of the little cottage that is a staple at Nestldown. It looks like a cottage taken straight from a Lord of the Rings movie, and it is so cute. Such a great spot to do a first look and private vows in front of! I loved that Lena and Kelvin had modern, elevated wedding day looks, with Lena in her elegant beaded gown and Kelvin in a classic tux. The combination of the venue and their wedding day looks was so perfect!

The Perfect Outdoor Ceremony Space

As the ceremony began, the venue really helped to make the ceremony look even more grand. They had a big flower arrangement at the altar with white flowers, but behind the flowers, the tall redwoods made it the perfect backdrop for their vows. The flowers were a gorgeous addition, but if they didn't opt to do flowers, it would still be an epic location for a wedding ceremony just because of how massive the trees are. Lena and Kelvin made sure to include all of their loved ones in their wedding ceremony, even their dog, who wore a little tux to the ceremony! It was so special to capture the joy on their faces as they promised to love each other forever!

Following the ceremony, the celebration continued with a cocktail hour and a quick guest appearance from some mini horses. The Nestldown had separate spaces for each event, making the wedding day flow nicely. It was so nice for their guests to head straight to cocktail hour. Lena and Kelvin even managed to grab a drink with their friends and family before we headed to take a couple of portraits in the forest.

An Epic Wedding Reception at Nestldown

Dinner and speeches were next, and each toast had the room smiling and tearing up. But the highlight of the reception was Kelvin's special performance for Lena. He managed to get his groomsmen to help surprise her with a dance while he sang to her. This was such a fun and personal moment for their wedding reception, and the fact that he got his friends to help him pull this off shows how much his friends really love and support the two of them! As night continued, the dance party inside kept going! The dance floor was never empty, with the music blasting and everyone enjoying each other's company. Lena and Kelvin were right in the middle of it all, dancing the night away, surrounded by their loved ones!
